Basically client had no ideas related to designs and he just came up with the theme he wanted in his tattoo of Shiva and an lion face which replicas himself .

Artist Amritraj created some design by putting his creativity, love and detailed work and formed an amazing Shiva design.

So this tattoo represents two faces of Shiva with one of his calm face and other with an angry face as a lion.
